Shipping Policy: Most items are shipped the same day. Orders received during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and Airborne within the continental US. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses using US Postal Service. Shipping charges for US Mail will be determined after the merchandise is shipped.

Return policy: SupplyClub.com will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. All Defected items can be returned within 90 days for exchange. No returns will be accepted on non-defective opened items. All returns require a return authorization number. Unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please email or contact us for an RMA # prior to your returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All sales are final on special order items. They cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

Instructions for packing your returned products: Unless the item is defective, all returned products must be in 100% resalable condition. No markings, stickers, tape or tags can be on the product boxes. All non-defective/non-SupplyClub error returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Put the manufactured box(es) into a shipping carton with the proper packing materials to prevent damage during transit. Please make sure the return label has your return authorization number in large script on the outside of the shipping carton. Products shipped without their original boxes are not returnable. Returns must be received within 15 days from the date of the issuance of the RA to avoid cancellation.
